Applying for studies at RGSL has become easier than ever

Starting with April RGSL has introduced a new online system designed for the submission of admission applications. The new system makes the submission of documents for potential students easier and provides a better overview of the application process for the applicants and the administration at the RGSL.

Applications for RGSL take place only online, allowing prospective students from around the globe to apply for the studies at a time and place convenient for them. The new system offers additional opportunities for both prospective students and administration ensuring easy and convenient application workflow and management of submitted applications. When filling the application for studies, registered users will be able to re-access their application in order to add additional materials or correct the application before submission to the RGSL.

Prospective students will find it easier to upload, change or add scanned copies of required documents. Prospective students will also be able to apply for several programmes with one application, indicating their priority. In case the student is not admitted into the programme of their choice, the application is automatically considered for the programme indicated as second choice. The new system also provides operational communication with the RGSL administration: possibility to receive answers to questions as well as information and news relating to the application process, beginning of studies and additional opportunities.

For the RGSL administration the new system offers possibility to monitor submitted applications and the information provided by the prospective students in order to quickly answer questions and assistance with the application process.

Potential students can submit their applications throughout the year; however, the evaluation takes place twice a year – in March (early admission) and July (general admission).
